I am having problem in connectiong WebAttendant. It says phone device not found. The MAC address of the IP phone designated to the Web Attendant was entered correctly. What should be the cause of the problem.

Andy , Stop and start the TCD service on your callmanager . I am having the same problem and this seems to solve the problem
