Hi Moustpha,
Yes, this should show (when integrating with CME);
Application mode: CME or CCME
You can download the proper license for CME from the page I linked on the first post :)
Hope this helps!

Hi Moustapha,
Here are some examples of where I think this went wrong. You may be trying to use the wrong License file;
For Callmanager (which I think you have used)
cue-vm-license_12mbx_ccm_3.0.2.pkg
License information package for a 12-mailbox version of the Cisco Unity Express with VoiceMail application that works with Cisco Unified CallManager. For all Cisco Unity Express modules: AIM-CUE, NM-CUE, NM-CUE-EC & NME-CUE.
For Callmanager Express - CME (which I think you need)
cue-vm-license_12mbx_cme_3.0.2.pkg
License information package for a 12-mailbox version of the Cisco Unity Express with VoiceMail application that works with Cisco Unified CallManager Express. For all Cisco Unity Express modules: AIM-CUE, NM-CUE, NM-CUE-EC & NME-CUE
From this link;

Hope this helps!

Hi Rob,
I have the following licenses:
CUE#sh software licenses
Installed license files:
- voicemail_lic.sig : ENGINEERING 12 MAILBOX LICENSE
Core:
- Application mode: CCM
- Total usable system ports: 6
Voicemail/Auto Attendant:
- Max system mailbox capacity time: 840
- Default # of general delivery mailboxes: 5
- Default # of personal mailboxes: 12
- Max # of configurable mailboxes: 17
Interactive Voice Response:
- Max # of IVR sessions: Not Available
Languages:
- Max installed languages: 1
- Max enabled languages: 1
Does this line "Application mode: CCM" means that i have the wrong license.
If not how can i check which license file am i using?
Your reply is really appreciated
Thanks

i downloaded the license
cue-vm-license_12mbx_cme_7.0.1.pkg
and it solved the problem, but i am not able to add a voice-mail application, and it is displaying:
Error: operation not allowed with this current installed license
Please advice

Hi Moustafa
The license can't be change between CCM and CME support without a fresh install of the Cisco Uinty software.
Thanks

Incorrect. With recent CUE versions, mode can be changed with GUI.
Administration -> Control Panel -> Call Agent Integration.

Hi Rob
I have a similar issues between CUE 8.5 with CUCM 8.5. All I have as permanent license is 16 ports because I am using the system as auto attendant. I have no voicemail license. Would having no voicemail license cause the issue?
