webdialer error

Hi !

When i try to access to the following page :

http://callmanager-1/ccmuser/directory.asp

and when i click on diretory number i have this message :

"Cisco WebDialer - Service Unavailable

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Service temporarily unavailable, please try again later: Cisco CTIManager down"

I found this complement of information :

"There is an error with the Cisco CallManager directory installation. Cisco WebDialer uses the user ID and password in the registry that is populated by this directory installation to connect the Cisco CTIManager as a super provider."

Do you have any idear.

Reinstall Web dialer. And ensure that the search base(ou) given in Cisco AD plugin installation and the ou which contains the user "CCMSysUser" are same. By default, CCMSysUser is in the "ou=user" group.
