We have a webex Edge audio solution in place , it has been over 2 months, we built a 5 digit internal extension that users can dial to reach webex bridge which translates to Webex 10 digit dial-in number. the 5 digit number is 30200
. it works from desk phones but not from jabber softphone. Cisco after trobleshooting for a month has come up with the following bug saying , it is hitting on their side CUBE
workaround says:For example the Expressway-E has an Advanced configuration in the Zone settings, called "SIP UDP/IX filter mode" that can be toggled to "On
my question is why it is working for desk phones and the edge audio guide says to configure the zone profile to 'custom', if you use zone profile to 8.6.1 or later SIP UDP/IX filter mode will default to 'on'
