i was wondering if someone could help me to solve this issue
i have CWMS 4.0 and CUCM 11.5 Jabber 12.6
Jabber always showing WebEx disabled because the username and password is not entered , so i thought of using Im & Presence credentials, so i have done that under service profile in CUCM, but the problem is that IM and Presence is using a username for example jadams for login while WebEx is using email address firstname.lastname@example.org so still WebEx end up not login because the credentials is wrong
is there a way around this in IM and Presence or jabber-config file or CUCM itself ? So WebEx would use the email address of the user and password to login to WebEx
