One of our users has created a reoccurring Webex meeting in Outlook but is having an issue. When you attempt to open the meeting to get the link the page shows blank, this did not start happening until a week or so ago. However, if you open the entire series of the meeting, it loads like normal with all information. Any idea of what could be causing this issue?
We see a similar problem. But then in combination with Citrix and Outlook 2016. Every first new webex meeting on a day does not contain a link. Each subsequent new Webex meeting does contain a link. And this problem therefore repeats every day! We have made a debug trace of the meeting and offered it to Cisco. Cisco has admitted that there is an error in the trace, but the combination Webex PT, and Citrix 7.13 is not supported. And so they do not take further action.
I hope that there are more people with similar problems.
