We have different Welcome Message for the different Region ,as we plan to change the welcome message for one region(call Handler) in unity .I added the new Voice File for the particular call profile but still old voice only arise .
What exact version of Unity or Unity Connection? Are you changing the .wav file under the actual greeting? Ex if Unity Connection under the call handler Edit > Greetings.
