What are the business drivers that require greater collaboration solutions?
When we see cool, new technology, we see a place for it and how to be more efficient and effective utilizing it. We want everybody to use and love it, but often times the rate of adoption is far from what's expected, or there's a big spike followed by a drop just as big. Unless there's a business process or business driver that requires a new form of collaboration (or remove all other choices) the rate of adoption may not be adequate to justify the investment. I'd like to discuss the business drivers that require greater collaboration solutions. What are they? We can also discuss the inverse- are there collaboration solutions you don't see a need for even though they're proven and available technologies?
