What's the difference between a spark named user and webex named user?

i see the webex named user and spark named user are offering same functionality but the spark named user is way cheaper than the webex. I have asked cisco guys on this, they said its an internal thing.

i would like to know the difference between these two.

Forget WX named user even exists . A WX was the original ordering mechanism but over time has moved to A SPK. A WX has access to buying EE bundle at lower user count which A SPK doesn’t only MC 200

However if only MC is critical to you then As you have seen it’s cheaper via SPK

In addition if you need jabber via Webex messenger aka cloud jabber you have to do. A WX

The gradual path is phasing out of A WX SKU so this confusion will go away

Further more even A SPK named user will go away in favor of Flex named user which isn’t released yet so that all buying models which is named, active and employee count will be under one vehicle called flex
