Hi
Where can I configure the number of "rings" a telephone should ring, before it is considered a
"No answer" and are forwarded to next phone?

It isn't really a ring #, rather a length of time before the call is forwarded. If memory serves me correctly, it is a variable located under Service->Service Parameters. I found 16 seconds works well for users that expect the "4-ring before forwarding" scenario.

In Service Parameters Configuration on your call manager you can set the ForwardNoAnswerTimeout to the amount of seconds before the call is forwarded. The default is 10
