Hi,
How can I find out which Windows-SP, Hotfixes, MS-SQL-Server Updates, Exchangeupdate I can use, I have to use in a running Unity installation.
The compatibility matrix shows just information from Oct 03. I mean, the time has passed is a century in a Windows installation.
Does anything like a newletter for Unity exists? For CallManager it works almost perfekt.
Thanks.
Heiko

We've recently created a webpage on CCO that addresses this question. Please see:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/unity_msft_updates
We will be updating this page when/if required as Microsoft issues patches.
We also are in the process of setting up an e-mail notification process similar to that already in place for CallManager (I believe that is what you are referring to by "newsletter"). We should have it up and running by April 2004.

Hello -
E-mail notification will be GREAT to have for Unity :-) Could you post the information here as to how we can get on the list for notification when it becomes available, or will it be by CCO userid? I have always checked with this forum for MS security hotfixes before applying to my Unity server just in case other users had experienced problems. For example, applying MS004-007 to my 3.1(5) Unity broke the SA. But once I upgraded to Unity 4.0(3), I had no problems applying Windows 2000 SP4 and MS004-007. I'm looking forward to using the new website as another solid Cisco resource!
Sincerely,
Ginger
