2) What is licensing and what kind of License we use in VOICE world?

3) CUPS features and integration between CUPS to CUCM?

CUPS have been renamed to IMP and now IMP is allowed for free with all CUCM users.

that is included under Jabber everywhere that is include IM and Presence for All users plus A/V one to one or one to many by multiparty licenses with CULW PRO lice
