A few things here...
The win-os-upgrade file is for CallManager only. Unity should not be installed on a machine using the CallManager OS CD. The CallManager OS has several dlls removed and has been tweaked for CallManager. TAC does not support the CallManager version of the Windows 2000 OS for Unity.
The win-slqservicepack3 file is for SQL 7.0. Unity uses SQL 2000. SQL 7.0 is not supported for Unity.
The MCS-7830 is not an approved hardware platform for Unity 3.0 and is not supported by TAC. Not saying it can't work, just that TAC will not assist if you get a server crash, etc.
