Does anyone know why someone would go with Windows Server 2003 over Windows 2000 Server? Currently have Windows 2000 Server as OS for Unity 4.0(5). Need to know the benefit of Windows Server 2003 over Windows 2000 Server to justify reformatting Unity server during upgrade of Unity.

Hi

It all depends on your needs. For example 2003 server has some new features such as schema redefinition,

and aplication directory partitions. It also provides more security and reduces the cost of ownership by allowing

automated and centralized system maintenance. Other advantage will be the scaliblity and administration of the servers.
