Wireless 7920 Phone stuck in Bootup phase

We have a 7920 wireless phone with callmanager 4.0.2a.Initially the phone authenticated with AP and upgraded firmware and all that process ran smoothly. Then all of a sudden it gave a message, IP phone updated, resetting and after that it has been stuck in the very first screen- Cisco Systems ... and then it shows battery charging.Assumed the battery was still charging, left it for a while but after that it still is stuck in the same page when booted up.Any suggestions would help.
