XML Error [4]!

Does anyone have any idea what XML Error [4]! means and how to fix it? I have a system with some sample services from Cisco including Speed Dial Lists, and on a phone it is set up on, I get that message when I push the Services button.

Yeah... I already diagnosed this error! The IP Phone doesn't support very long URLS... So when you enter many parameters in speed dials, the URL can be too long and this will show the Error[4]! So just reduce the number of parameters you use and it should be OK!

I'm getting the same errors with the stock sample services provide by Cisco. Has anyone gotten them all to work. They all have programming bugs in them such as missing / and such. But I'm getting all kinds of XML ERROR [4]'s. They couldn't have distributed them not working could they? So why don't they work on other peoples phones. I would like to get them working but don't want to have to reprogram them all. What's up?

The sdk also says it requires CCM 3.1 which isn't available for download yet.
