1G port on 5548P

Hi,

I have found this question in a Q&A of the Cisco Nexus 5548P:

Q. Does the Cisco Nexus 5548P support 1 Gigabit Ethernet ports?
A. All Ethernet ports on the Cisco Nexus 5548P, including the Ethernet ports on expansion modules, are hardware
capable of supporting both 1 and 10 Gigabit Ethernet speeds. Software support for 1 Gigabit Ethernet will be
available in a future software release.

Is it right that today I can not use 1 Gigabit Ethernet speed on the Nexus 5548P?

Thanks and best regards.

With the recent release, 5.0(3)N1(1) you can now use the ports in 1-Gig mode as well by inserting one of the supported SFPs.
