Cisco Anyconnect Mobility Client Authentication Failed

Hello,

I have installed our company's Cisco AnyConnect Mobility Client but haven't used it for a long time. Time has come for me to use it but it won't let me connect. I've already reset my password but still get an 'Authentication Failed' message. I tried to use my colleague's laptop to test my credentials and it's allowing me to connect to our network but not in my computer.

Can someone help me?
