Hi , I have to do install an HCI with 5+1 nodes . It's and standard cluster . Please provide me helpful document to go through.

I Have implemented standard cluster for 5+1 node, now customer want to migrate his v center for this cluster .

Hi.
a) I do have FI-switch 6454 , Can i use 10 G SFP cable for server port connectivity ?
b) In the case If i am using one uplink port , is port channel required ?

Yes, you can use 10Gb SFP, but please check the spec sheet to make sure your SFPs are listed: https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/products/collateral/servers-unified-computing/ucs-b-series-blade-servers/6400-specsheet.pdf

If you have only one network uplink port, you don't need a port-channel.

However, it would make it easier later on to add additional ports, if you already have the port-channel defined now, even if it is only with one link.
