Cisco UCS Central High Availability (HA NOT READY)

I am seeing the following message in UCS Central about HA NOT READY

Also the only way for me to cluster force primary is to shutdown the pirmary node and wait for the secondary to notice the peer is down

The management services on each node are all running

I can ping the two registered domains from both nodes

I have the same problem....
