CUIC Reporting 11.0 - Historical Report: Rejected call

Hi,

We are interested in receiving information about rejected calls due to lack of ports in the IVR:

i.e - Total calls that reject due to lack of ports in the IVR reasone

Is there such a report ? and if not from where these data can be obtained (sql to get the data)?
