DCNM: No delete icon for service node

I want to delete two service nodes with neither route peering nor service policy attached. Fabric Configuration Guides says: "Click the Delete Service Node icon on the Service Nodes window." But the delete icon is missing in my window! I tried several browsers. Any ideas?

DCNM version is 11.5(1).

I found the issue. The external fabric was in monitor mode.
