Hello which format are you using for it? Is it SSD ?

If it's exactly the same disk as the others already in use, then it's possible it may contain a partition, in which case it will get ignored.
Determine the linux device name: cat /var/log/springpath/diskslotmap-v2.txt
for example: 1..8:5000c50084ef2c5b:SEAGATE:ST1200MM0088:Z4001FCC0000R626SDWU:N0A4:SAS:10500:1144641:Active:/dev/sdi
That drive is in slot #8 and the device name is /dev/sdi
If you have root access then run: fdisk -l /dev/sdX (where X is the actual drive letter in your case)
Your output should look similar to:
Disk /dev/sdi: 1.1 TiB, 1200243695616 bytes, 2344225968 sectors
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
If it says anything about a partition like below example:
Disklabel type: gpt
Disk identifier: 8699AF84-1C6B-4378-A52F-F48951E47D9B
Device Start End Sectors Size Type
/dev/sdb1 2048 134219775 134217728 64G Linux filesystem
Then the partition will need to be cleared off. You will want to open a case with TAC.
Did you have same issue with additional drives you added in the other nodes?

we don't have access to the root , and is there any way to take it out of the node and do delete partition if any ? if yes what such utility will be working like disk part is ok ?

Try running 'lsblk' and see if the output shows partitions on the drive letter in question .
You should only have partitions on sda1, and sdb (sdb1,sdb2)
