How to reduce N5K fan speed?

I just have a pair of N5K and guess what? , Their fan noise when turn them on together is so loud!

There are any ways to reduce fan RPM? I have try to google but found no clue... pls help.

Ummmmm ... The Nexus family is suppose to be living in a Data Centre.  Data Centre equipments have very loud fans.

No.

Here's the logic:  Reducing the fan RPM also reduces the amount of hot air being extracted.  Reducing the hot air being extracted runs the risk of frying the component inside the switch.

Thank you very much , This is my misunderstand. I used to hear that my colleague can config to reduce fan RPM in order to decrease fan noise, but I just known that it's not Cisco Nexus. It's Arista.
