HX stuck during upgrade

Hi guys

I'm trying to upgrade the HX cluster but stucking in post-upgrade tasks

I'm trying to upgrade the HX cluster as follows:

1- HXDP from 3.5(2d) to 3.5(2i) as a first step and then to 4.5 as a final step

2- ESXI 6.0 u3 to 6.5 U3  as a first step and then to 7 u2 as a final step

3- UCS firmware from 4 (2d) to (4k)

vCenter 6.7 UC

I'm using an online upgrade from HX connect for HXDP, ESXI, and UCS server firmware

Can anyone help me or advise me on this issue?

Hi Saad, 

i hope this is from the past, but essentially it looks like it failed the post upgrade tasks which can be retried since all nodes upgraded successfully, root cause could have been Master node taking more time than expected to continue the upgrade while the node was being upgrade, common issue also is certificate changed during upgrade workflow due to already expired certificate; Error itself is a general error without description though.

I'd recommend retrying the upgrade, if that doesn't work, please contact Cisco TAC.
