Hi,

We just upgraded the HXDP to 4.0 (2c) last week and after the upgrade we are no longer able to login using our AD accounts

I just saw this another thread https://community.cisco.com/t5/other-data-center-subjects/hyperflex-2-6-1b-cannot-login-into-hyperflex-connect/td-p/3460536 and follow the instruction to synced the vCenter time and Host for the SSO auth work properly but still having the issue.  admin account can still login but we need our AD accounts to be able to login.

Error: Authentication failed or account locked out. Please check your user name and password and verify that the system configuration adheres to prerequisites (100005)

Greetings.

Please run the following on all your storage controller nodes, esxi hosts, and vcenter:

ntpq -p -4

date

Using a multi-execute ssh client like mobxterm is super helpful for this type of scenario.

Need to make sure all nodes are in sync with ntp server.

Could also attempt HX cluster re-registration with vcenter from storage controller with CMIP with

stcli cluster reregister --vcenter-datacenter XXXXXXX --vcenter-cluster XXXXXXX --vcenter-url x.x.x.x --vcenter-user administrator@vsphere.local

May need to open a TAC case

Thanks,

Kirk...
