Hyperflex Upgrade Problem

Hello,

I am upgrading an 3-node HX which is running currently on version 2.1. I was upgrading the HX through vCenter plugin and it complained about the current workload and DRS is not able to put the host on a maintenance mode. To power down some VMs, I had to confirm with applications owners. When I came back to resume the upgrade, I just was logged out from the vSphere client and when I tried to resume the upgrade it says it can not fetch the cluster status in vCenter Plugin and on HX Connect on Upgrade tab it show Validating but I cannot choose any option.

Is there any way to reset the upgrade process to where it was?

What version of 2.1(1) are you on?

What version are you going to?

You cannot use HX Connect for the upgrade on pre-2.5 releases of HyperFlex

Use the HXDP plugin in vCenter or via SCVM CLI for upgrading

What is the upgrade state?

Check the upgrade state by logging into the SCVM (storage controller VM) with the CMIP (cluster management IP)

Run "stcli cluster upgrade-status"
