Issue with Cisco Prime Backup

I'm attempting to do an sftp backup. I created a repository, but was am getting this message both in the local repository and remote:

Error: There is a problem with operating Database. Please check oracle database documentation for more details.

Does anyone know how this can be resolved?

Prime required huge space Local or remove, so it required 130GB space, make sure it available for you to take backup

Hello, our server has several hundred GB free. So, do  you know what else could be causing the issue?

I try Manually upload and see any errors. as long as repository correct it works.
