N7K FabricPath can't ping same subnet VLAN

Anyone can help me ? I found problem about fabric path configuring  on Nexus7706.

I can ping other host in different vlan but can't ping other host in same vlan (46) this below picture.

Please suggest me.

What is the NX-OS software version?
I also got this problem at the end of last year. I fixed it by upgrade the NX-OS version to 6.2(10).

Cisco TAC Engineer inform to fix for this defect CSCul24462 will be in 6.2(10) release.
