We have an N7k out of a pair in a DC that has recently started giving us the above error message on ports.
These ports are mostly in port channels that are using VPCs with the other 7K to span it across both switches.
We started to notice the issue when we tried to do a shut / no shut on the interface to try and bring it back up. When we do this it accepts the "shut" command OK, but then when you do "no shut" it just hangs, and you have to do a CTRL-C to get back to the prompt.
As an example this is from before the "shut/no shut" command :
Ethernet 1/26 is down (Error disabled, libeventseq: seqence timout)
admin state is up, Dedicated Interface
Then once I have done the shut/no shut, I have to break out of the second command and it looks like this :
Ethernet 1/26 is down (Administratively down)
admin state is up, Dedicated Interface
doing a sh run on the interface config is not showing a "no shutdown".
Just wondered if anyone has any ideas what could be causing this ?
The NX-OS level on the boxes is 6.1(2)
