Hi,
We found this morning some alarm in our monitoring system in card 7. Port 7/17,7/19,7/21 and 7/23. We did shutdown and no shutdown in those port and didn´t solved it.
2017 Jan 31 06:49:59.778 %ETHPORT-5-IF_DOWN_ERROR_DISABLED: Interface Ethernet7/19 is down (Error disabled. Reason:Internal Error)
Cisco engineer tells us that this is not a minor error and tells us Action Plan:++ Physically reset module 7.
We can go to Datacenter unil friday and We would like to know if there is any way to reset the card remotely and if it can partially.
