Hi All,
Please could you help clarify something on the uplink ports on the Nexus 92160YC-X model?
According to: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus9000/hw/n92160ycx_hig/guide/b_n92160ycx_nxos_mode_hardware_install_guide/b_n92160ycx_nxos_mode_hardware_install_guide_chapter_0100.html#concept_5D06790F2911420281C29240F76C03B6
All six uplink ports support 1- and 10-Gigabits when using QSFP-to-SFP adapters and SFP+ transceivers.
However on: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/interfaces_modules/transceiver_modules/compatibility/matrix/40GE_Tx_Matrix.html#_Toc504571526
In the table for:
N9K-C92160YC-X
(Uplink ports)
(NX-OS Mode)
I see a star in the table to say it’s only port 50/52 that supports the adaptor:
If anyone has experience with this model, can they confirm if the QSFP to SFP/SFP+ adaptor “CVR-QSFP-SFP10G” can be used on all 6 uplink ports or just port 50/52?
Thanks!
