We have a Nexus7700 C7706 (6 Slot) Chassis installed with 3x PSUs in the back (N77-AC-3KW). These are powered by 2 separate PDUs being fed by separate power supplies... 1x PSU is connected 1 side and the other 2 are connected to the other side.
There are 5x modules installed
"Slot 1", DESCR: "1/10 Gbps Ethernet Module"
"Slot 2", DESCR: "1/10 Gbps Ethernet Module"
"Slot 3", DESCR: "Supervisor Module-2"
"Slot 5", DESCR: "10/40 Gbps Ethernet Module"
"Slot 6", DESCR: "10/40 Gbps Ethernet Module"
We need to perform electrical tests on each PDU in succession.
Will one PSU be enough to keep the lights on the Nexus while the PDU is tested or will it need to be powered down to run the tests?
There is nothing POE connected to the C7706
