Penultimate Hop Popping for RSVP-TE

Hi,

I have been working in MPLS for last 2 years specially in RSVP-TE. Now our customer wants penultimate hop popping support for RSVP-TE. I couldn't able to see any RFC for this functionality. May i know which RFC is dealing Penultimate Hop Popping for RSVP-TE and how this feature is working in CISCO?.
