problem in access to nexus 7710 via console

We have a problem on login to nexus 7710 via console. We have 4 nexus 7k. We can’t receive any signal from both of their sup console port. We think, this problem accrued after we divide our switches to vdcs. We checked the configuration of console port of them, but we could find any problem.

What ‘s wrong with us?

What version are you running? Have you tried Supervisor switchover/reload?
