Problem when install DCNM 7.1.1

Hi my friend:

when i try to install dcnm 7.1.1 in windows 2008R2 i recived the message the error when say that the service Cisco SMIS is orphan reboot the system and install againg. Before that i unstalled dcnm 6.3.x.  I reboot the systemand the error continue.

Is "Cisco SMI-S Agent" listed under Services?

Are there any lingering Cisco System folders left on the hard drive?

Delete the Cisco Systems folder if it exists and delete the hidden folder Zero G Registry, which is under Program Files.

Hi All,

Even I am facing the same issue when installing DCNM 10.1.1 . I have deleted Zero D and Cisco Systems folder.In Serivices, CISCO SMIS Agent is stopped. but still issue exists.

Following orhpan services detected :

CISCOSMIS

FMSERVER

Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue
