According with link below when a VDC has both F248 card and M-Series module. the F2 card will not run any L3 functionality. but this statement is a little ambiguous.
Let's say:
- VDC1 has F248 with ports e1/1-10 and M2 ports e2/1-10.
- VDC2 has only F248 ports e1/11-48
I understand that in VDC1, F2 cards won't be able to run L3 functionality. but What about VDC2? Since F2 card shares some ports on a VDC1 and some others on VDC2.
Will VDC2 be able to run L3 functionality or not?
