Service-policy on Nexus 5K vlan interface

Tried to put command service-policy on a vlan interface of a N5K to setup qos on vlan-based but not available. Does this feature not available? Thanks for the inputs.

What NX-OS version are you using? It is available starting NX-OS 5.1(3)N2(1) on the Nexus 5500:

Thanks for the response. I had it going but  received this error

ERROR: QoS Policy on VLAN not allowed,please set interface QoS limit first.

Pls let me know or show me to resolve this error.
