Setting up DCNM

I'm having some isses setting up Cisco Prime Data Center Network Manager.  I've installed it on my Server 2012 R2 server, and I've opened up Device Manager and it's prompting me for the Device Name and Community.  Which device are they referring to, as I have a few on the network.  I haven't created a community name either, on any of the devices.

I'm currently running version 6.2(5) as that's what came with the MDS 9148 we are installing.  I think they have a newer version, can anybody shed some light on how to get this setup please?

I had a feeling this would happen.  I don't think to many people use DCNM, and if they do it's probably already been setup for them.

Hoping somebody can chime in on this one.
