Trunk on fabric-extender dual-connected to a pair of nexus 5010

Hi
In a fabric-extender dual-connected to a pair of nexus 5010 switches, it is not a problem to configure at trunk port on the fex:

interface Ethernet100/1/22
  description test
  switchport mode trunk
  switchport trunk allowed vlan 40-42,107

but it doesn't seem to switch any traffic. Show commands say ok. Is it because of the vPC uplink from the extender ? Or any other suggestions ?
Thanks

Regards JJ

JJ,

Just check it out also you have only permiitted vlan40-42 and 107,so other vlan traffic will not be switches over the trunk.

Hope to Help !!

The interface config is the same on both 5010s, the allowed vlans are on both 5010s, but moving an esxi server with IP addresses in the allowed vlans to the port is not a success.
