Trying to convert a 3925 C3900-SPE100/K9 to 3945E C3900-SPE250/K9.

The C3900-SPE250/K9 board boots fine with c3900e-universalk9-mz.SPA.157-3.M2.bin but it doesn't see the SM-D-ES3G-48-P (c3560e-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE11.bin) switch, but it does see the SM-ES3G-16-P (c3560e-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE11.bin) switch.

Anyone have any Ideas?
