Unable to failover VM using Invoke-HXFailover command

Configuration: 7 nodes cluster  4.0.2b Healthy.

Status: replication and recovery setting has no failure checking HX connect GUI. Also tried the VM recovery worked fine.

Problem description:

running basic Invoke-HXFailover command below generates error message in red below. 

Please share any idea on how to investigate more on the issue.

command:

Invoke-HXFailover -VMName rdc1centos01 -ClusterIP pdc1-hfx-c01 -FolderName _RECOVERY -Brief

 

error message:

Invoke-HXFailover: Please check whether the global recovery parameters mapping are configured properly. Please retry the operation after few minutes, if recovery operation is attempted after re-protect.

 

Log traces:

Checking the log after applying the log is not showing the command traces got to the controllers. (may be some investigation on client and power shell could be used)
