I have few questions on how to apply qos policy in vxlan environment, I want to apply qos at vxlan uplink direction, and here is what i do:
1. in the ingress of a lan interface, I use acl to match the original packet(without vxlan encapsulation), and marked it with ip preference 1 using MQC
2. then I just run a capture on the uplink, I found that the packet with vxlan encapsulation , the outer header has the default ip preference of 0
and as I know, in mpls environment, the inner header's DSCP field will mapped to MPLS EXP field, so is there mechanism in vxlan so I can implement qos on it
