Sorry for the late reply on this. The ACI sandbox is a hardware-based lab, where the equipment is hosted in a lab on the Cisco campus. While some of the other labs are virtual environments, the ACI lab runs on actual hardware. I'm not sure what issue you were running into. The sandbox team wasn't monitoring this board, so if you are still trying to use the ACI sandbox and run into issues, I suggest you post issues here: https://community.cisco.com/t5/devnet-sandbox/bd-p/4426j-disc-dev-devnet-sandbox
