2621 Router Help

Can somebody please help. I have erased my flash image on my 2621 router. I have a copy saved to a tftp server, but i am having trouble reloading it. When i turn the router on it says that there is no flash image. How can i use the "tftpdnld" command to reload my IOS flash image. Please help.

There are 5 parameters that needs to be set before using tftpdnld.

Those parameters should be entered exactly asis in the document.
