I have a 2950 and the fa0/10 port keep bouncing I forced it 100 full on both ends log keep no messages and I did change the cable out.

This would be mainly due to problem of negotiation of speed and duplex settings on both sides. Do either auto-auto or configure same setting either side. Please refer the link for more information...
