Usually this error is produced due to:

1) boot statement that is incorrect, therefore check what

boot statement do you have.

2) Image not in flash, and therefore you have to issue show flash to make

sure the file is there.

3) Corrupted image , and in this case you have to perform and Xmodem

operation to download the image to the switch.
