2950 Switches

At present I have about 200 2950 switches on my network.They are running various ios software.I am upgrading yhen to c2950-i6q4l2-mz.121-20.EA1a.bin all is going ok until I try and load the above sofware on to switches running ios version c2950-i6q4l2-mz.121-13.EA1.bin then it gets about 3/4 of the way through the upload then fails. Has anybody any suggestions.

Have you made sure you have enough memory for the new image? Also check if there is a loss of connectivity when the image is being loaded.

Memory ok. Downloaded new tftp server and this for what ever reason has resolved my problem.
