Trying to upgrade 3548's to new image using RME. I get error message that there is not enough flash. This has worked in the past. I thought that the old image was just overwritten by the new image.

Which IOS version are involved?
There was a CSCec11178 bug half a year ago with similar symptoms.

Have you tried the CLI upgrade?
If it also fails, I'd recommend to open a TAC case.

Upgrade worked ffine using CMS. I must have a Ciscoworks issue. Will open a TAC case. Thanks for the help
