5509 with 32 MB of DRAM a 8 MB of FLASH on Supervisor III G with following modules:

is running catos 5.x on supervisor and ios 12.0 on atm card. For upgrade of ios on atm card there is a requirement for 64MB of DRAM and 16MB of FLASH, but I can not find any information that there were sold Supervisors III G with this memory or there was any upgrade kits? What is the max. of DRAM and FLASH for Sup. III G? What is the reccomended CatOS and IOS for above 5509 configuration?

Thanks for any ideas.

You can upgrade your ATM blade with existing memory on it. The software download page gives you the generic memory requirements. There is no hardware upgrade needed.

You can upgrade to the latest 6.4(13) on Sup3G with 32MB DRAM. There is no upgrade option for Sup3G DRAM. The release notes has the memory requirement

For ATM Module IOS, you can upgrade to 12.1(23)E1 after you upgrade memory. For RSFC, we have a GD release 12.1(25). Check the release notes for known issues.

Many thanks for your clear answer regarding memory and catos on Sup. IIIG, but I do not understand your memory upgrade for ATM Module IOS - there is a requirement to HW upgrade memory on this module to use 12.1.(23)E1 IOS? Memory requirements in release notes for IOS for ATM Module are requirements for memory on this board or the supervisor? My sh ver from ATM module looks like that:
